MPM (Mobilizing People Marketing) was founded by James Hsu in 2009, who authored the book, “Mobilizing People” (published in 2011).  James is a speaker for area and national marketing events including the American Marketing Association (Las Vegas Chapter), University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada Army National Guard, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Seattle Washington, College of Southern Nevada, The Las Vegas Territory Organization, and Association of Diesel Specialists. MPM VSM offers a refreshing change in the marketing sphere. What We Do

Video Social Marketing is the process of recording videos, editing them to fit the attention span of an Internet audience (usually between two and five minutes), uploading them to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, Vimeo, and MetaCafe to name just a few, and then optimizing the video’s meta data, description, and other properties that search engine algorithms inspect and measure to determine that video’s ranking in the search results. The goal of Video Social Marketing, is to create a piece of video content so compelling, so sharable, and so well described that, through the activity of the audience and the response of the search engines’ algorithm and collaborative filtering (what one member of an audience views is automatically shared with similar or related audience members – such as on where it offers “people who viewed this book also viewed the following…”) that the video content reaches the maximum potential audience possible creating the most influence and the strongest business results possible. The first step is to create a compelling, interesting and high-quality piece of video content. But that alone is not enough. If a great video is improperly uploaded to YouTube, no one will find it, share it, recommend it or otherwise contribute to others discovering that video.
